Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, avatar (from Google sign-in if used).
• Generations: prompts you submit and the videos generated from them.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store only subscription status and identifiers, never card numbers.
• Usage logs: standard server logs for security and debugging.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, deliver outputs, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We use the following processors: our cloud database/auth provider (Lovable Cloud), our payment processor (Stripe), and AI model providers (e.g. Replicate, Google) which receive your prompts solely to generate the output you requested.

Retention

We keep generations and account data while your account is active. You can delete generations from your account at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to privacy@charactr.app.

Your rights

Depending on your region (EU/UK/California), you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@charactr.app to exercise these rights.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices but no system is 100% secure.

Children

AI-Mascot is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email.
