Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AI-Mascot, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

AI-Mascot is a paid service that uses AI to generate animated character and mascot videos with transparent backgrounds. You provide a description; we generate the output and deliver it to your account.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). One account per person.

4. Subscriptions and credits

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Each plan includes a credit allowance that renews at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. You can change or cancel at any time from your billing portal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AI-Mascot to generate content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, designed to harass, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the outputs you generate, subject to the AI provider's underlying terms. You're responsible for ensuring your prompts and uses comply with applicable laws and third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your generations for the purpose of providing the service.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or duplicative. We don't guarantee any specific output and you're responsible for reviewing generations before using them publicly.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment.

9. Disclaimer and liability

AI-Mascot is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
